Returns & Exchanges

At FTC SKATEBOARDING, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unwashed, unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that skate decks cannot be returned once they have been gripped or assembled.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and hardware or accessories are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
